From foundation to date

In 1997 was born the small mechanical workshop OMI specialized in the production of moulds and maintenance in the home appliances sector.
Transformation into OMI SNC
The corporate restructuring brings with it OMI's entry into the automotive industry.
The first 10 years of activity
In 2007 OMI celebrated its first 10 years of activity by moving into new segments and markets.
Strengthening Engineering Division
OMI's entry into the automotive industry and the entrusting of important projects resulted in the strengthening of the Engineering Division.
Internationalization
2010 was a crucial year for IMO: the year of consecration and internationalisation.
OMI SRL
The new corporate restructuring and the restructuring of the Group have resulted in the strengthening of the Italian production sites, Ancona and Turin, the opening of a new Plant in Poland and the establishment of business partnerships with China and Poland.

2019 was a particularly active year for OMI: OMI Group was born and with it a partnership in Brazil.
